System Response
The system checks the status type of the new status in the IMG.
The document has a status of status type S (lock status) or O (originalbeing processed).
If a document has a status with one of these status types, not allfields are available for entry. You can still carry out the followingfunctions:

• change the status


• link objects to the document


• change the deletion indicator (subject to authorization check)

Procedure
Before you can carry out a different function, you must first choosea status that does not have status type S or O.
