Diagnosis
You want to change the document status and have entered (&V1&) &V2&.
Via settings in Customizing (Document management), the previousstatuses are defined for each document type.
The current status (&V3&) &V4& is not one of the previous statuses ofthe entered status (&V1&) &V2&.

Procedure

• Check your entry and correct it if appropriate.


• Display the possible entries and select a status from these.


• If the status network is incomplete, contact your system manager. The
status network may need to be added to.
