All possible statuses are defined via settings in Customizing (Documentmanagement). The abbreviation you entered is not defined.

Procedure

• Check your entry and change it if appropriate.


• Display the possible entries for status and select one.


• If the status network is incomplete, contact your system manager. It
may be necessary to add to the status network.
