Diagnosis
You want to create a document of document type &V1& and have entered aversion number.
Via settings in Customizing (Document management -> Control data ->Document type), you define which version numbers are available for aspecific document type.
The version number you entered is not defined for document type &V1&.

Procedure

• Check the document type and version you entered.


• Use the Customizing function to see which version numbers are allowed
for document type &V1&.
