Diagnosis
You want to delete temporary files from the application computer. Filesare copied into the global directory DOCUMENT_DISTRIBUTION atthe start of each distribution.
In your profile for Document Management all activities are registeredthat you are allowed to execute. Your current profile does not give youauthorization to execute this function.

System Response
The system checks the authorization object Documentdistribution: authorization distribution order.

Procedure

• Contanct the persons responsible for authorizations and have your
profile changed.

• If changes to authorizations is not possible, conatct the person
responsible for Doccument Management.
