Diagnosis
The printer you entered cannot be used as a plotter. The SAP System isdesigned to recognize only printers as plotters that are defined asplotters in a table of the distribution module.

Procedure
Carry out one of the following steps:

• Enter a printer that can be used as a plotter.


• Defe a printer in Customizing for document management as a plotter
(Activity Define plotter).
