Diagnosis
You want to access an original application file. The data carrier thathas been entered for the application has been defined as accessibleonline in the Customizing settings for the document management system.
However, you have entered a data carrier in the Original fieldthat is not accessible online (for example, filing cabinet C2.46).

Procedure
Please check the entries for the originals in the document info record(Extras -> Originals) and the settings for the data carrier inCustomizing.
