Diagnosis
Persoanl distribution lists are only valid for the active user.
As the distribution can be triggered by another user later, you cannot
use personal distribution lists in recipient lists.

Procedure
Perform one of the following:

• Use a general distribution list.


• Explode the personal distribution list.
