Diagnosis
The system tried to start the application for the file &V1&. Usually,the application is started on the front end so that files of this typecan be processed. If a process belonging to this program has recentlybeen interrupted, this process may have been left in an undefinedstate. If there is a process like this in the task list on your frontend, and this process is not running under any application, thisprocess may be preventing the application from starting.

Procedure
If you are sure that the process in question is not required, use theTask Manager to close it and re-try the failed activity.
