Diagnosis
The mass run cannot be started as a previous mass run for application&v1& is not yet completed.
The current status of the old run is: &v2&
The key to the mass run is (program name, program date, sequentialnumber): &v3&

Procedure
If the old run is still being processed, wait until it is finished. Ifthe run needs post processing or was terminated, restart this run. Todo so, choose 'Restart' in the menu of the corresponding applicationtype.
