An amount limit or item limit is entered in a condition position for atime period without graduated or interval billing.

Procedure
Check the entries in the conditions.
If you do not want the scale or interval calculation anymore, delete therelevant entry in the header to avoid data inconsistency, then continueas before in the item processing.
