Diagnosis
For the condition area assigned to the account, item counters ordispatch expense counters are defined. You can only update thesecounters if there is an entry in the table PERIODIC BALANCING for thebalancing type 0003 ACCOUNT BALANCING. This is not the case for thisaccount.

If you want to update the item counter or dispatch expense counter,maintain the appropriate entry.
