Diagnosis
External root accounts are not allowed for the current or selectedhierarchy type &v1&.
If you want to change to external accounts to display entries, this isnot possible for hierarchy type &v1&. Even if there are entries on yourscreen displaying external accounts, you cannot select hierarchy typeV1 using the f4 help, as only internal accounts are root accounts.

Procedure
Switch to a display that allows entering the required hierarchy type.
