Diagnosis
You want to carry out any of the following tasks for the businesspartner &V1&:

• Mark the business partner (BP) for archiving


• Mark the BP for deletion


• Delete the BP

The system allows you to mark the BP for archiving only if the BP is notassociated to an active or inactive BCA account currently.
Note: If the BP was used at any point of time in a BCA account, thesystem does not allow you to either delete the BP or mark the BP fordeletion.

Procedure
Before marking a BP record for archiving, ensure that the BP is notassociated to an active or inactive BCA account.
