Diagnosis
There is a standing order with status 05 (Deletion parked) for anaccount whose deletion has not yet been confirmed.

Procedure
Confirm the deletion of the standing order by choosing AccountManagement -> Standing Order -> Confirm Deletion or by using thetransaction F9061. Depending on how your authorization concept has beenset up, you may need to ask a particular user to confirm the deletion.The account can be closed only after the deletion has been confirmed.
