Diagnosis
There is a standing order with status 03 (parked/new) or 04(parked/changed) for an account that has not yet been released.

Procedure
Release the standing order by choosing Account Management ->Standing Order -> Release or by using transaction F9043. Dependingon how your authorization concept has been set up, you may need toask a particular user to release the standing order. The account canbe closed only after the release.
