The automatically created account number does not conform to thecountry-specific standard for account numbers, either because of thelength or because of non-numeric characters or blanks.

Procedure
Check the number range interval '01' responsible for automaticallyissuing external account numbers, by choosing Payment transactions-> Settings -> Environment -> Bank Area -> Number Ranges.
