Diagnosis
For customer output programs, it is possible that certain aspects ofperformance are not taken into account. This is particularly true whenSAP print views are used (data collection function modules) andadditional data are also read. Most of the data read is superfluous,simply extending the print view would be sufficient.
Note
Every entry in table TNAPR is taken into account. The result of this isthat output that are used for different output types (print, fax) andwhich therefore use the same program are counted several times.
Remember: 1 output can use 5 programs.

Procedure
Check the above. If necesssary use the system modification options andextend the print view.
