Diagnosis
The value for the scale ratio is too small.
The product of "length/time unit" of the planning period and the "scaleratio" must not be smaller than 0.005. Smaller values are rounded downto zero. This value, however, cannot be further processed by thegraphic.

Scale ratio pre-and postprocessing for planning period:,,1.00 %
Product:,,0.10 mm/day x 1.00 % = 0.001 mm/day,rounded down to 0.

Procedure
Choose a smaller time unit for the planning period and a higher valuefor the length/time unit.
Or choose a bigger scale ratio. For example:
Scale ratio: 5.00 %
Product: 0.10 mm/day X 5.00 % = 0.005 mm/day, rounded up to 0.01.
