Diagnosis
A new system was assigned to the user. You can assign a new system tothe user directly by entering the system in the register 'Systems'. If'Activity groups' or 'Profiles' specifies a system that did notpreviously exist under 'Systems', the system enters that system there.

System Response
The user is now distributed to the new system.
