Diagnosis
You tried to reset the user buffers in the database. The system reportsan error which indicates that there is either a problem in thedatabase, or that the user buffer has already been reset.

System Response
The buffer is not reset.

Procedure
Log on to the system again. Check that the system is not behavingstrangely regarding authorizations. If this is the case, refer to SAPNotes 23342 and 10187.
