SAP Message >W049 - The usage text is shortened when used on the data medium

Diagnosis You entered more than 50 characters for the usage text (maximum 80characters). If this text is output to a data medium, the system takesinto account only the first 50 characters. Procedure Shorten the usage text to 50 characters, or write the informationrelevant for the data medium in the first 50 characters.
