Diagnosis
The error has the following causes:

• There is a line where no field group was assigned to the item selection.
This does not make sense.

• There is a line to which no item selection was assigned. This is only
permitted for the last line of the table because the conditions can beevaluated from top to bottom and if the first line were used on allitems without restrictions, the other lines would not be used.
