Billing type &v1& is from billing category &v2&. The SD billingdocuments arising out of this are edited further in IS-U billing
To ensure that the documents are not created and issued in duplicate(in SD and IS-Utilities) the output determination facility in SD isdeactivated. The fields output determination procedure, application andoutput determination procedue for items are deleted and the inputfields deactivated.
