Diagnosis
When working in a workflow you tried to reduce by one (-1) theclarification case counter, which determines the number of activeworkflows the case is in. This counter was already at 0 however.

Procedure
Check the workflow definition. If it does not show an error, work itemsin the workflow may have been terminated for a number of reasons. Thiscould lead to inconsistencies in the workflow counter.
Notify your workflow administrator so that all worklist items for thisclarification case can be deleted. This will mean that the workflowcounter for the case will be returned to its correct status (0).
