Diagnosis
When changing the statuses of one or more clarification cases, itbecame apparent that the status of the list is not the same as thecurrent database status.

System Response
The system does not change any statuses that are not current.

Procedure
Refresh the statuses in the list and execute the function for therefused cases again.
