Diagnosis
This could be for the following reasons:

• The entry is not correct.


• The request was not archived.


• The index entry was deleted from the Archive Information System.

Procedure
Check whether you have entered the request number correctly.
If it concerns a request number, the index entry of which was alreadydeleted from the Archive Information System because of the age of therequest, the index entries can be replicated.
