The problem is caused by one of the following:

  • The entry is not correct.

  • The document has not been archived.

  • The index entry has been deleted from the archive information system.

    • Procedure
    Check whether you have entered the document number correctly.
    If this is a document whose index entry has been deleted from thearchive information system based on the age of the document, you canreplicate the index entries.
