Diagnosis
The BTE specified is assigned to an external product in Customizing. AnRFC destination is defined for this product. No RFC calls are possiblein the BTEs for Account Management.

Procedure

• Remove the RFC entry for the customer/partner product in Customizing.


• Program a function module that contains the RFC call for the module in
the external system currently assigned to the BTE.

• Assign the new module to the BTE.
