No write-off variants have been defined in Customizing.

System Response
The items to be written off cannot be checked using an age and amountgrid.
The receivables are excluded from the write-off.

Procedure

• Define the write-off variants.

To do this, choose the Maintain Entries pushbutton or Customizing.

• For the write-off variants defined there define the age and amount grid.


• Make sure that write-off variants determined using event 2957 are also
defined in Customizing.
