Diagnosis
For the items to be written off, a write-off variant was determinedwhose amount or age grid does not permit an automatic write-off.

System Response
The receivable is excluded from write-off using mass run.

Procedure

• If you require automatic write-off, change the amount limit or age grid
for the write-off variant.

• Delete the indicator Write Off Items by Age and Amount in the
write-off run (transaction FP04M) in the posting parameters

• Write off the item manually using transaction FP04.
