Diagnosis
When you post a document, you can specify a reference to anotherdocument or to a dispute cse from Dispute Management. For example, youcan enter credit memo 4712 as adjustment document for receivable 4711,or receivable 4713 as replacement for an incorrect receivable 4711.
You can also enter such relationships without using Dispute Management.
In this case, no such relationship was entered on posting.
