Diagnosis
The branch cash desk that you have selected is locked either by you oranother user.

Procedure

• If the cash desk is locked by another user, choose another cash desk.


• If you are locking the cash desk yourself, in the session in which you
have already selected the cash desk, choose another cash desk or closethe session.
In the cash journal, you can only assign yourself to one cash desk.
