Diagnosis
In the database table that manages the receivables for transfer toexternal collection agencies (&V2&) the system could not find the entrywith the key fields:
Document number,,&V3&
Collection item number,,&V1&
However, since collection item number &V1& is marked in the receivable,there is an inconsistency.

System Response
The receivable cannot be made ready for transfer to an externalcollection agency.

Procedure
Release the receivable manually (for transfer to an external collectionagency).
