Diagnosis
The collection items selected do not all have thesubmission status receivable released forsubmission to collection agency. However, only collection items withthis status can be submitted to external collectionagencies.

Procedure
Select only items with the submission stauts receivable releasedfor submission to collection agency and then submit these items.

System Response
V1 collection items were not prepared for submission to externalcollection agencies.
