Diagnosis
The system always updates a trigger table (bookmark table) if there isan incoming payment flow that could stop a dunning procedure that is inprogress. The table is then processed in the 'End dunning procedure byincoming payment' report. In this report, the system checks whether theincoming amounts are sufficient to end a dunning procedure in progress.In this case, there was no dunning procedure in progress for the entryin the trigger table. One reason for this might be that the dunningprocedure was already canceled manually by a clerk.
