SAP Message >2847 - Mail could not be created for transfer posting item &1 to "&2"

Diagnosis A mail should be sent for the transfer posting to inform yourcolleagues who are responsible for further processing. This mail couldnot be sent. System Response Note Procedure Inform your colleagues who are responsible for further processing byother means about the transfer posting that has taken place. Inform your system administrator so that the cause of the error can beanalyzed.
