Diagnosis
Graduated charges were used to calculate returns charges for thecustomer. These are encoded according to the returns reason and anamount limit. There is either no entry at all in the returns reason &V1&
, no entry for currency &V3&, or an assessment limit has been enteredfor the invoice amount (&V2&) &V3&).

System Response
The graduated charges are not automatically calculated.
