Diagnosis
In order to be able to delete an item from the clarification worklist,the following conditions have to be fulfilled:

• The status has to be set to clarified.


• The item must no longer be contained in any workflow.


• The item cannot be set for resubmission.

One of these conditions has not been fulfilled for the specified item.This is why no deletion is carried out.

Procedure
Check the specified conditions and repeat the action.
