Diagnosis
You can only delete an item from the clarification worklist for returnsif the item has the status cleared and a returns document numberhas been entered in the lot itself. This is not the case for item &V1&in lot &V2&.

The item is not deleted.

Procedure
Check whether the posting was successfully cleared. If yes, there maybe an error in the program. In this case, enter an OSS messagespecifying the lot indicator and the item number of the line inquestion.
