Diagnosis
When you saved a list of return rows, you also instructed the system todelete entries, but this was unsuccessful.

System Response
Existing entries are updated, but it is not possible to deleteor insert new entries at the same time.

Procedure
Create an OSS message for SAP, stating the return lot ID, return codeV1, and a short description of the procedure you used.
