Diagnosis
The current returns amount (house bank amount) is less than theamount expected (original payment amount). For returns from incomingpayments, the house bank amount may not be less than the originalpayment amount.

System Response
The return is not posted and appears as a faulty item forpostprocessing in the returns lot.

Procedure
Check and correct the return amount as necessary.
