SAP Message >2112 - A selection criterium for item &1 cannot be interpreted

Diagnosis
The selection types are translated into a field name using tableTFK004. The system determined the name of a field here that has none ofthe following types:

  • C Text (character)

  • M Numeric text

  • D Date

  • P Packed number

  • Field types other than the above cannot be processed by the selection
    • routines.

    System Response
    Error message that the selection cannot be carried out.

    Procedure
    Correct the selection criteria you entered.
