Diagnosis
If the contract accounts are to be selected using the alternativecorrespondence recipient for the standard case (field FKKVKP-DEF_REC
), you have to create a corresponding database index. This is not thecase in this installation.

Procedure
Contact your database administrator to have an index created for tableFKKVKP. In addition to the client, this index must also use thefield DEF_REC. The index must be written and created with SAPtransactions so that the information about the existence of the index isstored in the SAP system.
