Diagnosis
A line item (for example, charges receivable or interest receivable) isto be included in a promise to pay that is created in the same processin
g step as the promise to pay itself.
Note the following restrictions:

• The item must be included in the promise to pay to the full amount.


• The item must not be cleared immediately.


• The item must not be simultaneously included in another promise to pay,
a collective bill, or an installment plan.
In this case, one of these conditions is not complied with for the lineitem specified.
