Diagnosis
During the creation of a document, inconsistent authorization data wastransferred to table T_FKKOPC for the credit card processing infunction module FKK_CREATE_DOC or FKK_CREATE_DOC_MASS.
If the table only contains one entry, the field PYGRP (payment group)must be empty.
If the table contains several entries, the values in the field PYGRPmust be different, but must all begin with '\Z'. In addition, the openitems (table T_FKKOP) must contain the same values for PYGRP as tableT_FKKOPC.
One of the above conditions is not fulfilled.
