Diagnosis
You want to execute one of the following activities for document numberV1:

• Post reversal


• Post return


• Reset cleared items

You cannot carry out these activities if the document contains a lineitem that was already cleared by another transaction. In this case, aline item has already been cleared with document &V2&.

System Response
Error message. The activity cannot be executed.

Procedure
First reset the clearing &V2&. Execute function.
Then call up the desired processing.
Alternatively you can post the returns in a mode for which the itemsalready cleared are not reopened, but new receivables are posted.
