Diagnosis
For direct outbound delivery &V2&,ATP checking in SAP APO isactive. However, the stock transport order &V1& which is the precedingdocument of this delivery is not yet available in SAP APO.

System Response
The direct outbound delivery cannot be created.
The system tries to repeat the delivery processing several times,introducing some delay after each attempt. If the problem persists thequeue is terminated.

Procedure
Restart the current inbound queue. If the problem persists contact yoursystem administrator.

Procedure for System Administration
The problem can be caused by the following reasons:

• The queue which communicates the purchase order to SAP APO was not yet
processed. Analyze the queue to SAP APO in order to determine thereason (depending on the configuration, an outbound queue from ERP or aninbound queue into APO is used).

• The integration models for
replicating the purchase orders or the master data to SAP APO areincomplete. The direct outbound delivery process requires datareplication also related to the receiving plant of the stock transfer.Analyze the existing integration models andcreate or activate the missing ones.
