SAP Message /SAPPCE/PNV022 - WBS element &1 is not valid for consolidation for WBS element &2

Diagnosis For WBS element &V2&, the system cannot update the value of theconstruction progress report to WBS element &V1&. WBS element &V1& isnot valid for consolidation. Either the system status does not allow aposting or it is not assigned to the WBS element at a higher lever inthe work breakdown structure.
