Diagnosis
You are using non-permitted cost elements in the construction progressreport.
For construction progress reports you can only use primary costelements for cost element category 11 (revenue) or 12(revenue reduction), which are allowed in Customizing forConstruction Progress Report and Valuation.

Procedure
Change entry.
Check system settings for the cost elements in Customizing forConstruction Progress Report and Valuation underAssign Cost Elements for Construction ProgressReport.
